### 如果我想在多台设备上使用 SimFly Pad，需要重复购买吗？

不需要，只要使用同一个 SimFly Pad 账号登录即可。

### iOS 应用内购买解锁与使用激活码有什么区别？

在 iOS 上使用应用内购买会直接解锁对应面板，激活信息会直接绑定到你当前登录的 SimFly Pad 账号。因此，我们强烈建议你在 iOS 上进行应用内购买之前先注册并登录账号，以避免丢失购买记录。

两者在使用体验与激活有效期上没有区别（都是永久激活）。iOS 应用内购买更方便，因为相比其他方式，你不需要手动输入激活码。

### 退款政策是什么？

如果你在 iOS 上进行了应用内购买，请直接联系 Apple 申请退款。很抱歉，我们无法协助完成该流程。

如果你是在 Simmarket 购买的，请注意：Simmarket 不支持直接退款，因此你需要先联系我们。在我们确认确实无法使用后，我们会向 SimMarket 申请退款。如果退款被 Simmarket 受理，则来自 SimMarket 的退款金额会退回到你的 SimMarket 账户余额中。

### 绑定邮箱后可以用邮箱登录吗？

如果你在绑定邮箱前是使用“用户名 + 密码”登录，那么绑定后可以使用“邮箱 + 密码”登录。如果你之前是使用 AppleID 登录，那么绑定邮箱后仍需要使用 AppleID 登录。

### 在哪里查看已购买面板列表？

你可以在 Settings -> Account 页面查看已购买的面板列表。

### 我在 iOS 设备上使用 AppleID 登录，如何在 Android 版 SimFly Pad 上使用同一个账号登录？

在 Android 版登录页面点击右上角的 More 图标，其中会有 AppleID 登录按钮。

### 我忘记了账号信息，可以用激活码再次激活吗？

不可以，激活码只能使用一次。如果你忘记了账号信息，请将订单信息发给我们，我们会协助你找回账号信息。
