# Limited-Time Activity: SimFly Pad Lifetime Pass

Dear SimFly Pad users,

Thank you for your support of SimFly Pad. Once your account owns **any 5 premium aircraft panels**, you can claim the **SimFly Pad Lifetime Pass** at no extra cost. The Pass unlocks **every premium aircraft panel in SimFly Pad — the current ones and the ones we release in the future.** 🎉

This activity ends on **December 31, 2026 (23:59, UTC+8)**. After that, the claim entry disappears and the Pass can no longer be claimed.

## Before you start

* Update SimFly Pad to **4.7.8 or later**. Earlier versions neither show the activity entry nor recognize the Pass.
* **Log in to your SimFly Pad account.** Progress is counted per account, and the Pass is bound to the account you claim it with. If you don't have an account yet, see [Sign up a new SimFly Pad Account](/v1/getting-started/sign-up-a-new-simfly-pad-account.md).

## Which purchases count toward the 5

Every one of the 14 premium aircraft panels counts:

Both purchase channels count, as long as the panels are activated on **the same SimFly Pad account**: activation codes bought from SimMarket, and iOS In-App Purchases. See [Activate Premium Panels](/v1/getting-started/activate-premium-panels.md).

Please note:

* **Panels you bought earlier count too.** There is no need to buy anything new — the progress is based on everything your account already owns.
* **Each panel in the list above counts once**, no matter how many add-on aircraft it supports. For example, B737Ng/Max is one panel, not two.
* **Free trials do not count.** Only purchased panels are counted.
* **Free panels do not count** (A380 Lite, B777 CDU, CRJ CDU, Cessna 172, the Garmin panels, Streaming Screen, and so on). You can check which panels are premium in the [SimFly Pad Panel List](/v1/feature-guides/simfly-pad-panel-list.md) — premium panels are marked with 👑.

## How to claim

While the activity is running and you haven't claimed yet, an amber **SimFly Pad Lifetime Pass (X/5)** button is shown in three places (X is the number of aircraft you already own):

* On the **Settings** page, in the header area next to the change log entry
* On the **Account (Profile)** page, above your purchased panel list
* At the bottom of the **unlock dialog** of any locked premium panel

Tap the button to open the activity dialog. It shows the activity description, the deadline, and your progress bar.

Once your progress reaches **5/5**, the **Claim SimFly Pad Lifetime Pass** button appears in that dialog. Tap it, and all aircraft panels are unlocked right away.

Claiming is free, takes effect immediately, and only needs to be done once. You can claim from any platform — iOS, Android and Windows all show the same entry.

## After you claim

* All premium aircraft panels are unlocked. In the panel list and panel details, their status shows **Lifetime Pass** instead of *Activated*.
* A **SimFly Pad Lifetime Pass** entry appears in your purchased list on **Settings → Account**, and a small Lifetime Pass badge is shown next to your nickname.
* The Pass follows your account, so it works on all of your devices — just log in with the same SimFly Pad account on SimFly Pad 4.7.8 or later.
* **Future aircraft panels are included.** When we release a new premium aircraft, update SimFly Pad to the version that ships it and it will already be unlocked for you.

## FAQs

### I bought my panels a long time ago. Do they still count?

Yes. Every premium aircraft panel activated on your account counts, no matter when or where you purchased it.

### I own 5 panels, but the progress shows fewer. Why?

The most common reasons are:

* Some of the panels were activated on a **different SimFly Pad account**. Log in with the account that holds the purchases, or [contact us](/v1/acount-and-payment/contact-support.md) if you're not sure which account that is.
* Some of the unlocked panels are **free trials**, which do not count.
* Two panels you think of as separate are actually **one panel** (for example B737Ng/Max).

If the number still doesn't look right, please [contact us](/v1/acount-and-payment/contact-support.md) with your account information.

### I don't see the Lifetime Pass button at all.

Check that you are **logged in**, and that SimFly Pad is on **4.7.8 or later**. The button is also hidden once you have already claimed the Pass — in that case, look for the Lifetime Pass badge next to your nickname instead.

### Do I need to buy more panels after claiming?

No. Once the Pass is claimed, every premium aircraft panel, current and future, is already unlocked for your account.

### What happens after the activity ends?

The activity entry disappears and the Pass can no longer be claimed. A Pass claimed before the deadline stays valid forever. Individual premium panels remain available for purchase as usual.
